This ground-breaking documentary series looks at the conflict between visions of what makes a good society versus the constraints of economics and politics. Around the world many people are angry and despondent. Despite immense wealth, most are getting poorer. They fear for their future.
The threat of climate catastrophe is ever-present and increasing. Urgent action is needed. The audience follows the journey of two average people in Hobart and two in Europe. We experience their day-to-day lives, the problems they face and watch them engage with new ideas about how to improve society. Expect quirky and irreverent animations, political cartoons and interviews with renowned experts in social policy and economics.
